Terms of Service

0. Before we start

• I will ONLY do digital drawn commissions. In the case that I start to work on other medias this will change.

• I reserve the right to raise my prices as I see fit. If there is a price increase, it will not effect commissions already in progress or that have been agreed upon.

• I can only accept payment through PayPal.

• By agreeing to commission me you agree with the next terms too:

1. General

• I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any artwork at any time and for any reason.

• You won’t provide false information referring to age, and ownership of the characters you want drawn and any other information that could be required

• I won’t draw characters that you don’t own or don’t have permission of their owners to get them drawn.

2. Privacy

• For my own safety; username, chats, voice messages, pictures and videos sent starting the time you requested the commission and the delivery of the finished product will be kept for a max of 180 days in a separate file. None of this info will be published or shared with anybody at any time.

• You won’t use and/or distribute personal information of the artist (Ketei) without his explicit consent.

3. Acceptable content

Themes I won’t draw are provided below, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Hardcore vore

• Drugs (Case by case)

• Scat

• Blood

• Torture

• Death.

• Vulvas and vaginas.

• Any character who has or is supposed to have the aforementioned genitalia, whether they’re on display or not.

Themes I may draw but are dependant on the context are:

• Vore

If your kink is considered “unsanitary” it’s likely that I won’t do it, but feel free to ask anyways.

4. Queue and active slots

• The active commissions will be worked on but may not be finished on the order posted; Number of characters, complexity and other factors may affect the time it takes a commission to be finished.

• All active commissions that have their payment pending for more than 2 days will be moved to a separate “On Hold” queue. This queue takes priority over the regular queue but commission requests will ONLY be moved back to the active slots AFTER payment has been made and confirmed.

• Accepted commissions will be queued and displayed on my commissions website at the queue section. The information that is posted there is for informative purposes and as such will contain some information that will be accessible by anyone entering the site such as:

  • Name/Nickname

  • Description of the commission

  • Status of the commission.

5. Commission

• Safe for Work (SFW) commissions will generate a small extra fee.

• Payment isn’t required until the moment work on your commission is about to be started.

• Before paying, you’re allowed to request a rough sketch for approval.

• Any mistake or inaccuracy that arises due to material you provided as reference won’t be responsibility of the artist, and any correction made may generate extra charges.

• Once the payment is confirmed, the production of your commission will begin.

• Complex or really detailed patterns or characters may generate an extra charge depending on it’s complexity. If this is the case, you’ll be informed before work is started.

• I (the artist) will retain a certain level of artistic freedom on your commission. Drastic changes to the approved pose might generate an additional cost, which will be determined at my own discretion.

6. Streaming and publicity

• Unless you state your commission to be private or declare you don’t want it to be streamed, I - the artist - will assume you give me the next permissions:

  • Streaming publicly progress on your commission.

  • Use WIPs (Work In Progress) pictures of your commission as publicity for my streams.

7. Refunds

• Should you become dissatisfied with the art at any point in the process and desire a refund, then I — the artist— may offer a pro-rated partial refund completely at my discretion.

• NO refunds will be issued on finished artworks

8. Use and distribution of the artwork

• Unless it was specified before the artwork was finished, I will assume that you give me -the artist- permission to post the art you purchase in any of my galleries, with a link back to your account if applicable. If you would like your commission to remain private, or posted but anonymously, please be sure to inform me before work on your commission starts.

You (the client) are allowed to:

• Post (in any gallery or image board) or print any artwork you purchase from me for personal use. If applicable linking the art to the relevant website’s gallery it was published on. If you’re unsure to which profile to link it, feel free to ask. This is appreciated, not mandatory.

• Crop or resize the image for your personal use as long as the signature remains intact and visible. (Except for the use of an icon)

You (the client) are NOT allowed to:

• Resell the artwork, be it in the form of prints, digital files or any of my work for profit.

• Any product you commissioned from me —Ketei— may NOT be used for training or improving artificial intelligence models or machine learning algorithms.
